We are seeking a Sr Sales Operations Analyst who will focus on a combination of Sales Operations and Value Consulting set of initiatives. You will play a key role by providing analytical insights, managing various operational initiatives, and partnering with the Value Consulting team in providing analysis on expected increase in revenue, cost-savings, and overall performance that our clients can anticipate when utilizing our SaaS solutions. 


This role will involve working with CRM reports, Excel and Google spreadsheet files, data models with occasional presentation of the data analysis to internal and external stakeholders. The Sr Sales Operations Associate will report to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing Operations and will collaborate closely with the Director of Value Consulting.


Responsibilities:

 

Analysis and Reporting: Be responsible for sales data integrity overall, and for the Value Program specifically, develop and deliver reports to internal senior leadership.

Stakeholder Presentations: Support the VP of Operations and Director of Value Consulting by delivering presentations to internal and external senior executives with the findings from analyzing Responsive and customer data

Support monthly and quarterly business review, annual planning and budgeting process: assist leadership through business review, budgeting and planning processes by collecting and analyzing data, preparing and maintaining sales targets and capacity data, identifying cross-functional dependencies

Deal desk process: Support Sales team with Order management and Deal desk process

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales executives, sales engineers, customer success teams, and product marketing to gather essential information and insights for Business Value Assessments and other initiatives

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in Sales or Revenue operations

  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling and customer-facing roles is a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics

  • Sales or Sales Engineering experience is a plus


Skill, Knowledge, and Ability:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Good presentation skills and confidence in presenting to executives
