Position Overview


We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core “Strategic Response Management (SRM)” offering (Click here to learn more), with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI technology. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmap, and overseeing the successful execution of product initiatives. Essential Responsibilities
  • Product strategy - Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's and product team’s objectives

  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements for the product roadmap. Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine and adjust the roadmap as needed

  • Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release

  • Collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop GTM plans for new feature/product releases. Evangelize new product ideas/features with GTM teams.

  • Customer Empathy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather customer feedback from various channels, and analyze user data to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Use these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, track user engagement metrics, and conduct post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus

Experience
  • At least 5 years relevant experience with software and technology product management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS products

  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies

  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is an added advantage.

Skill, Ability and Knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions

  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams including team of product owners (POs) that together launch features on time with optimal quality

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and with people at all levels and across different geos (US)

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
